Go to the upper right hand corner of and hit the green shopping bag icon which will then prompt you to check out.   We accept Paypal and credit cards as forms of payment.

How do I use a discount code?2019-09-11T14:50:46+00:00

At checkout put the discount code into the appropriate box.  The discount should then be readily visible in the checkout final price tally.  Some codes do have expiration dates, and our automated checkout will NOT accept expired codes.  You can not combine multiple discount codes.  See our special offers for any ongoing or special coupon codes.

First, many of our premium vendors will only take a return if an item is damaged.  If you are making a large purchase, such as with fine jewelry, and are curious about the return policy for that particular item, please email [email protected] with the item number and questions about that item’s return policy PRIOR to purchase.   If the item is damaged, take a photograph or several photographs of the item and mail to [email protected].  We will contact the vendor to get instructions for you.  Keep the original box, contents and such as you may need to return in that packaging direct to the vendor that shipped the item to you.   Once the vendor gives us notification that they have received the item, then we can credit accordingly.

What if I order an item that is discontinued or out of stock?2020-11-23T21:15:13+00:00

If an item has been discontinued, we will refund your purchase price at first opportunity.  If an item is out of stock, we will notify you if the shipping time will be over 5-7 days and give you the opportunity to wait for the item OR to cancel the order.  We do our absolute best to insure that our offerings are current with our providers.
