First, many of our premium vendors will only take a return if an item is damaged. If you are making a large purchase, such as with fine jewelry, and are curious about the return policy for that particular item, please email [email protected] with the item number and questions about that item’s return policy PRIOR to purchase. If the item is damaged, take a photograph or several photographs of the item and mail to [email protected]. We will contact the vendor to get instructions for you. Keep the original box, contents and such as you may need to return in that packaging direct to the vendor that shipped the item to you. Once the vendor gives us notification that they have received the item, then we can credit accordingly.
