1. LuxGiftsnGoods.com, LLC can exchange or provide a refund if your merchandise is returned and received OR the return process is started by express notification to LuxGiftnsGoods.com within 7 days from the date of receipt of purchase provided that the original vendor will accept returns.  If the original vendor will NOT accept returns, then LuxGiftsnGoods.com cannot accept a return.  That sale then becomes a FINAL SALE.  See a complete list below. This will be addressed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of LuxGiftsnGoods.com, LLC.  Buyers have an express duty to inspect any furniture being delivered to their home and refuse any item that is damaged or non-conforming such as wrong size or color. NOTE:  Items from Go Home have to have the return initiated within 2 days of receipt per company policy.
  2. Please contact us at contactus@luxgiftsngoods.com for a return authorization number and return procedures to the shipping vendor. You must follow express instructions provided by LuxGiftsnGoods.com and the shipping vendor to process the return.   After 7 days with the conditions noted above, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns where the process has not been started past 7 days or on final sale products.
  3. LuxGiftsnnGoods.com asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.
  4. Items returned without a return authorization number or not following express return procedures from the shipping vendor, past 7 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer’s expense.
  5. We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
  6. The following vendors and/ or items only permit returns in the event of defective merchandise or incorrectly shipped items (wrong items):  Altam Styleworks, Truffnies, Eight Mood, Aidan Gray, Bee Seasonal Honey, Mercana, Go Home, Safe-T Fire Extinguishers, Downright, American Chest, Ass Kickin’ SW Foods, Authentic Models, Bey Berk, Brouk & Co., Boneyard Pets, Bristol Candle Company, Circa Asia, Crestview Collection, Cufflinks, Inc., Culver, Flensted Mobiles, Greenhouse Boutique (Green Bay), Jane Gordon, Magisso, Picnic Time for licensed and branded items, PLAY Pet Products, Zuhaus, Rolser, DeBrand, Brittle Brothers, Texas Toffee Queen, Ethel M Chocolate, Bruce Julian Heritage Foods, Laukutea, Natures Kitchen, WCGB, Bodrum, Daniel Marshall Humidors, Florence Leather Market aka Florentine Leather, Christina Kober Designs, Oceano Azure, Beyond Silver, Roman Glass Artists, Raine & Humble and Verdant Kitchen.
  7. Hadaki, MMA Silver, Carmel Ceramica, Olivia Riegel, Twisted Fin and Picnic Time returns for non-branded and/ or non-licensed items returns are permitted within 7 days of receipt of the item by following procedures noted above.
  8. Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards may take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed but will be done at first opportunity by LuxGiftsnGoods.com.
  9. Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Email your request, and  we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer’s responsibility to then send the package back to luxgiftsngoods.com and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied.
  10. Exchanged items are not eligible for free shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale merchandise is Final Sale, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.  In the event of a furniture purchase, LuxGiftsnGoods.com reserves the right to also notify the customer that those items are non-refundable due to the cost-prohibitive return shipping cost unless the item is the wrong item or damaged.  If a customer has purchased a large piece of furniture, that same customer has a duty to inspect the furniture at time of delivery and refuse delivery if the item is defective or non-conforming such as the wrong color or size.  If the item is accepted, then no returns or exhanges are permitted after acceptance.  If the item arrives damaged, the customer expressly permits LuxGiftsnGoods.com to attempt a second delivery.  This provision super cedes all provisions above.
