All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer or vendor. The length of time it will take to arrive depends on the production time of the designer, where the product is being manufactured and whether the items is in stock or on back order. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days once order is placed. If shipping time is longer, with the exception of the December holiday season, it will be listed in the product descriptions. Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders. In rare instances, some large and hard-to-ship products may be charged an extra shipping surcharge. This is typical on larger pieces such as furniture or large artworks. The customer will be contacted directly for email approval if extra shipping charges will accrue prior to the order being placed.
Customers have an affirmative duty to inspect furniture being delivered by a freight company and REJECT that shipment if the item is defective or the wrong item. DO NOT ACCEPT delivery if you do not want the item. Once delivered, the item is a final sale.

Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package. The price you are given when placing an online order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card, but only with prior notice and written email approval as noted above.
